Discolored Tooth in 3 Yr Old

My son fell a few weeks ago and busted up his lip and gums. After several days of monitoring him, I begin noticing one of his front tooth changing colors. I've made him an appointment. My question is should I be 'highly concerned' about this issue?

Concern Mother!
