Talking about death, we all are walking corpses. Moment of death is uknown to us. Millions of fetuses do not make it. Worrying about death is completely okay.
When you are relaxed, try to think of millions of other human beings who die for many reasons-tsunami, war, diseases, etc. and try to take in their pain-breathe in their pains and breathe out your compassion to them. |
