Can this kill you?

Can overdosing on sleep aid kill you? And how much is an overdose? And before anyone freaks out, no, I'm not suicidal. It was a topic in a conversation I had.

Absolutely. The quantity depends on which sleep aid we are talking about.

Technically anything over the recommended/ordered dosage is an overdose. Hence the words OVER and DOSE.

I have noticed that the more sleeping pills or pain pills you take the more immune you get to them helping and then you need more.

Like when I go a good while without medication then I can take one pain pill or even half and it works. When I constantly get head aches or can't sleep and keep taking pills
I can take more and it doesn't help.
What I do is try things to help you relax and only take one pill 10 minutes apart if the first one didn't work.

The best thing is to get to the root of the problem and fix it.
