What the "F" ?

We've had an on again, off again, relationship. Now after showin' up un-invited numerous time, she say's she just want's to be friends..And I;m taking care of her dog's.

I've suggested that I keep em and she pay's me per. month..

No word from her.

???

You are a true friend with benefits.

Why keep the reminder and 'ball and chain' if there isn't going to be any commitment?

She just wants you to care for the dogs?Cmon,be real, she is just using you for a sitter and what is the trade off, money?

If you keep and feed and care for the dogs for a good length of time some Judges will see it as abandonment and you gave the care and expense so grant you the dogs.
It sounds like she is stringing you along. Possibly she is assuming you assume that there is friendship enough that you do give the dogs back without getting into a dispute.
I would tell her that "I no longer want a relationship where it is come and go AS YOU please."
