tips on reassuring your gf?

my gf phones me almost every day with a problem in her life, she is very VERY insecure.

i find this brings my mood down alot makes me frustrated also... i just dont think i am very good at reassuring her.

any tips?

She needs to focus on herself, and maybe that means you two taking some time a part. Sure you are there to comfort her and maker her feel better about herself, but what happens if and when the day comes when you are not there?She will be a mess. What is she insecure about? Can she talk to her parents about it? (you sound young), or tell her that you like her/love her but it's taking a toll on you when she calls you all the time. Men like women with confidence, she needs to build that up or she will NEVER have luck with men.
