i fell in love with a girl that has a boyfriend........and she keeps telling me she still loves him but her actions towards me clearly shows she doesnt want to be with him..what should i do?

If she still has a bf...stay back...let her figure it out...they could have just hit a ruff spot. If she truely wants to leave him it will happen...i dont know about thier relationship...maybe he does'nt show all that much affection and she is looking to compinsate for it.
Keep your "black book" on hand just incase...you don't want to be a rebound.

If she tells you that she is still in love with him, then just leave her alone and get on with your life. If she truly has any feelings for you, then she will come to you (without a boyfriend)

yeh i totally understand that......and she has said numerous times that she want to be with me but it feels wrong because of the fact she is attached. her boyfriend pays no attention to her and doesnt even take time to see her for her. she deserves so much better, is it wrong for me to tell her that?

NO, i don't believe it would be wrong for u to tell her that she deserves better...any friend would do the same...just dont let things get too far until she is single...if she truely wants to be with you she will leave him...even when she does leave him, give it a little time before yous start dating...just to make sure that she is not just going to use u for the attention.
