I posted earlyer. On a similar note.
There is a 19 year old boy im intrested in. Im 16. I live in Idaho where the age of consent is 18.
I want to spend time with this boy but I want to make it very clear that we are not sexual or anything more then good friends.
He has a 1 year old son and getting him in trouble for being with a 16 year old could ruan his life.
What should I do ?
Not go places alone with him ? What is okay and what isent ?

Please be 100% certain that you do not secretly hope for a romantic relationship to develop.

On top of that I do not trust the intentions of a 19 year old with a 16 year old, not for a minute, regardless of how long you've known him and how good of a guy he appears.

Hanging out with eachother is no big deal. If you dont want to get him into trouble, dont have sex with him.

When Im 18- semi soon. If im still friends with him and intrested then maybe. But, for now, being friends will tell me if it would even work being together later down the road. Or if I could handel being with someone who has a kid.
