I was wondering how to go about asking this girl if she likes me. We talk an chat online, she hinted to me that she is single, an she wants to go to the big community event with me. But the other day she told me her friend was try-n to hook her up wit some-one, an that she was nerves. How can i go about asking her if she likes me now?

Just say something like:
Hey, we're good friends, right?
And if I had something I needed to ask you, it would effect our friendship, right?
If she answers yes to both, then just come out and ask her.
