There are some universal things that a girl likes in a boy - or a woman likes in a man.
1 Honesty/sincerity
2 Morals/Values
3 Potential
The bad boy image usually has 1 and 3.
The good boy image usually has 1 and 2.
But a good husband - or 'better boy friend' usually has bits of all three.
Be honest - not matter the consequence. But do it with feelilng and empathy.
Be good - even if it means being bad - make your momma proud.
Be open to new experiences - don't be afraid to learn or change.
Just an old lady's opinion.
Good Luck.

Do girls leave you after few dates or you just lose interest and leave them?

Just being a good, honest, confident, human being with good hygiene, is a great start. You'll need the confidence, so you can take a few risks, and overcome your own fears. We are our own obstacles sometimes.

Most 14 year olds don't have experience dating girls, so you aren't alone if you're figuring things out. And, most 14 year old relationships last about as long as it takes for the next bus to come around - they end fast.

I would say just spend time doing things you both like, and to keep things light, try to hang out with a whole group of kids, not just her.

Don't feel like everything has to be romantic all the time. You don't have to be constantly holding hands or kissing or talking about your feelings. In fact, too much of htose things can feel like too much and will push the girl away.

Just treat her like a friend, compliment her once in a while, spend time doing fun things with friends, and if there's a dance or something like that you can invite her to, then do invite her.

We can tell you all the usual things (see Talaniman), but at 14, the best way to improve is to learn from experience. Every time you feel like you did something wrong, you will know what to correct for the next time. Every time you do something right, make sure you keep that in mind.

Now get out there!

I would suggest that a 14 yo be a better boy friend and not worry about being a boyfriend yet.

By being a good boy friend, you will learn alot about girls and what they like and don't like and you will learn how to talk and relate to girls on a better level.

Start with girl friends, the rest will come with time.

Be an honest person.

Never talk to her friends about her, they have a tendency to change the truth.

Never have a friend to do your talking for for you, be a man and if you have something to say to her then talk to her.

Treat her lady and not a tramp.

These are just a few things, but if you treat her the way you would like to be treated you will not have any trouble having a girlfriend that likes you.
