just ask her if she wants to go for a coffee or something, nothing too heavy. or you could simply tell her you like her, give her your number and see what happens.

I agree with the others users. Go up and say "hi i like your shirt" or something in that area.

but DO NOT stare at her breasts when you tell her youlike her shirt..haha bbbbbbiiig no-no!

Or the best one is just walk up to her cautiously and say "hi, i've seen you around, wanna hang out sometime"
