I was on the phone with my boyfriend and then he tells me that he has a question for me... I told him to ask and he asks me WHY I love him!! It is so weird that he asked me that and I'm just wondering why he would ask me that... any ideas?

Maybe he is feeling a little down and wants some positive reinforcement.

Agree with jjwoodhull. Some men love to be acknowledged and felt loved. My husband always needs to "feel" accepted, appreciated, loved and cared about and he does the same for me. Some men are emotional and some are not. I think you are the only one who can brainstorm and answer his questions... is he courteous, put you first, gentlemen, good listener? List his positive traits like creative, conservative, funny, fun-loving, caring, sweet, thoughtful, smart... etc. Think of some fun times, times as good friends and the passionate times (intimate).

I agree with jj and xoxaprilwine... I'm not the emotional type but once in a while when one feels a little down, such words as xoxaplril said make one feel better.

I ask my fiancé this once in a while and it isn't because I am feeling down but I love to hear my fiancé tell me the reasons because their so sweet. Sometimes people like to hear these things. Wouldn't you like to hear why your boyfriend love you just out of the blue?

Also, if this is the first time is asked he might just truly want to know your feeling and reason behind this question. It something like let me see what she's going say.
