I would suggest telling him that you like him and see if the two of you can get together and do something in which both of you are interested. Doesn't hurt to ask.

If he doesn't want to do something with you, then you will know how he feels because of his actions.

Hey don't rush in to it some guys are not what they seem so be careful do research before you find out because by then you may find out something you don't know about him and you can put your relationship at danger

What's the hurry? Why not just be friends and ease into it?
