Personally I think that both of you are to young. However that being said. You are three years older than her and its a really bad idea. First of all since you are 3 years older once you turn 17 and she is fourteen you could be charged with stautuetory rape. So I suggest not

well first a 13 year old girl can not have sex legally,, you would be quilty of rape even if the girl and her parents say it is ok. Period, at 13 she or her parents can not give permission.

You would end up going to juv detetion and be listed as a child molester for the rest of your life.

Next even you at 16 should not be having sex yet since you are not ready for the responsiblity that becomming a father can bring, since no form of birth control is 100 percent.

I would also strongely suggest ( and sorry you are not going to like this) stop seeing this girl, at 13 she should not even be dating, and most certainly not making out , and in no terms at all having sex.

You're at the stage in life when you're learning the difference between desire/wants and intelligent/correct behavior.

Nature made you want to have sex. So don't fret that. But you aren't a cricket in the field with no responsibility for your actions, instinct is not your master. You are a man...or at least you're practicing to become one. Men are thinking creatures.

Wanting something and NOT having to get it to be happy is a sign of maturity. This is critical for you to succeed in life. In relationships, in jobs, everywhere, self-restraint and smart judgements will lead to success.

I think it would be a better idea to wait...
im sure that not what you want to hear....but you will be better off in the long run.
Maybe wait a bit and see where your realationship goes..
you dont want to have sex with someone and have it mean nothing, because that person, you will remember them forever.
