My friend is 13 and is deciding on who she likes

So im 12 my friend is 13.
here mother says she can date,right?
Here is her problem(oh she asked me to do this):

She is dating our very close friend name Jesse,right?And they are like in love but there is this new guy in her health class and he keeps staring at her.I think he likes here.And so do her other friends but the real problem is,she likes him ands she loves her boyfriend.what should she do?

now i told here,from my point of view,even though im very young,i've seen alot and have a mind of a 15 year-old.I told her just go along with the flow and see what happens.I also said that if here and this new guy wanna go out she will have to tell jesse the truth.

no correct me if im wrong please because im trying to help out a friend who is like my sister and is very confused so please help!!!!!!!?!?!?!?!?

she is too young to date, so are you. Just simple like that.
