It does not necessarily means she likes you and it does not necessarily mean she does not like you. Maybe she finds you interesting. But you are never going to know until you make the first contact. A simple hello and introduce yourself. Try to be a friend. Find things you both like. Maybe you have similar hobbies.

It is a bit nervewracking to make that first approach so be just yourself. If she likes you, she will like you for who you are.

Countless reasons for this...

Yes, she might like you (the way you look) but you cannot tell for sure only by this fact.
She might find you interesting or she might be mesmerized by the way you look. You might remind her of someone she used to know or she might be puzzled by the way you look at her or stare at her (do you?).

You are only going to find out if she likes you after you two get to know each other. See how she acts around you and if she shows interest in more than just the way you look. So, don't be shy to go talk to her!
