What is the policy on dating a coworker of the same status at walmart? For instance, if an assistant manager were to date another assistant manager?

Is there a policy against dating co-workers at Walmart? The reason I ask is that my ex blamed everything wrong in our relationship on me but was cheating on me with one of her co-workers and still is.

I used to work at Wal-Mart and they do have a Fraternization Policy. No managers can be romantically involved with people under them. I knew a couple that worked (and still do last time I checked) he was a Support Manager and she was a cashier. It has to be okayed by the District Manager.

Two assistant managers may fall under the same policy. I'm sure it's fine if they work at different stores but my impression is they work at the same store, which may not be fine, unless approved. To be honest, Wal-Mart assistant managers have no social life cause they are stuck working all the time, I'm surprised two assistant managers have time to date :p

Thanks for the answer. I was in a bad mind-set when I asked this question and I'm not going to go rat out my ex for cheating on me with a co-worker. I thought I might stir up some crap but it would only make my situation more complicated in the long term. Plus, I started dating a wonderful girl who is 1000000000000000000000000000000000000 times better so I'm much happier now.
