Dating & best friends

Hi,
I am a 48 year old woman who is dating a 41 year old guy who lives in a house with his "best friend", a woman. She knows I am dating him and he has told me that they are no longer sexual, that she is his best friend. She has a room across the hall from his. I have seen this set up, but they do act like a married couple in that she cooks for him, he does the lawn, they go places and share holidays together.
I wonder can a man really have a best female friend that they are no longer sexual with? or am I just the sexual aspect of a real relationship that no longer shares a sexual side?
This man also has another "best friend" , again female that has suddenly showed up on the scene. He and I have gone together for 3 years and I never heard of this woman, she lived in Florida and they hadn't seen each other in 10 years. Now she has moved back to new jersey and it seems he can't do enough for her.
I am feeling I should just leave this guy and stop kidding myself, but he says he loves me and he does show it in many ways, but I no longer feel special to him.
What should I do??

Just be honest and tell him you understand that he has a lot of friends that are women but that you need to know that you are still number one in his book. I do have a guy friend that I am best friends with and we aren't sexual and never have been, but be cautious. Have you two talked about making arrangments for yall to live together that may help. 3 years is a long time so just think about that.
