Is it crush or love with an online friend?

Hi. I'm just new here. So I met this guy from Kakaotalk (it's like the Korean version of LiveProfile) and we've talked for almost 2 months, almost every day. It's kind hard talking to him since he's Korean and can't speak English very well. He's from Korea and I live in Canada, we're miles away from each other. I would always message him to wake him up in the morning. He only wakes up in the morning when I message him. And there are also times that he's the one messaging me first and greeting me Good evening. We may be worlds apart but he always find the time to talk to me. We would always send pictures to each other (like the place where he works, weather in our countries, street view,etc). He is a really thoughtful guy and he really tries to talk to me even though he find it hard because of our language barrier. He would teach me some Korean and I would teach him English too. There was a time when I was looking for a job and I'm kind of losing hope, he never fails to cheer me up during those times. He always asks me if I already ate and I also asking the same things. We were really caring for each other. We're always talking about the things we usually do. But after 2 months of talking online, he went to the marine and will be gone for 2 years. I was really sad because I won't be able to talk to him for 2 long years. He promised me that he will come back and I should wait for him. I asked him if he's going to forget about me and he told me that he will always remember me. I know it's kind of crazy to like someone you haven't meet/seen yet in person but my heart jumps every time we talk. I don't know if this just a crush or love. Now I can't stop thinking about him. Any advices? thanks
