You gotta talk to her. It may be a little nerve-racking but if you want her to start liking her (not saying that it's going to be a done deal)

never try to impress, ALWAYS be yourself...and i agree you cannot make anyone love you, she has to have feeling for you to start with,get to know each other, and take it slow...

you cannot make somebody love you .... these things happen or they don't.
just be yourself...

and when you don't know somebody that well... telling them you love them may be a bit too quick to begin with .... maybe you have the same interests that you can talk about, start things slowly and develop a friendship with her.
