when i am going to date i can't control my self and in that time i can't express my point.

when i going for dating with my girlfriend in that time i am not Comfortable to talking with her,i lost my confidence in that time.i love her but she dosen't..i am her ex-boyfriend.now she is alone.so what i do now?
