| You possibly could get in trouble with the law depending on where you live. You most likely could be in trouble with her parents no matter where you live.
**EDIT**
Now as long as there is not inappropriate touching, kissing, fondling, sex........you can't get in trouble with the law. |

| It's doubtful that you'd get in legal trouble just for dating. But if you have sex, you could get in serious trouble.
And her parents might have a thing or two to say regardless.

| I think its only 18 and older that get in trouble for stagatory rape.
But those case are only really recognized, like previous posts said, because parents turn in the guy because they dont like him. |

Also, if the prosecutor becomes aware of the sexual misconduct they may be required to prosecute.
But there is nothing illegal about dating, only have sexual relations. |

| no not for dating. make sure he doesnt pressure you in to sex. but then you might have real feeling for each other just make sure you cant trust him and you are aware of safe sex. also i know it sounds mad but talk to ur parents im sure they would feel better knowing you can tell them stuff. i lost my virginity at 15 but i felt i was ready i went on the pill and we used condoms i told my mum to put her mind at ease. i am not 19 with the same guy and we are engaged. my advise is if you are to have under age sex like myself make sure you are 100% ready, always be safe and keep it to yourself trust is a huge issue. if you care for each other there shouldn't be a problem with trust. |

| i know if i were her father, you would be in trouble. otherwise, i am not sure, i would think it would have to do with the age difference and the age of consent in your area. |
