What? First of all, he has to love you with all his heart, not yours.

Second, he's 13, you're 12, if he's going to die without you then he should write his will now. You two won't end up together, you're young, too young to even date, but way too young to find your life mate. At your age you have no idea what real love is, trust me, I remember, I was your age once too, and no, even if you're really mature for your age, you're still not old enough to really know love.

He's showing his immaturity when he get's all upset because you "hang out" with other guys.

Have you given him a reason not to trust you? If not, then I can tell you right now you'll last a very short time. No trust, no relationship, that's just the way it is.

Next time he brings it up let him know you're not his possession, he doesn't own you. If he doesn't trust you then he needs to get another GF. If he won't let you hang out with the guys but he hangs out with the girls then I'd tell him to walk.
