It would help to know what kind of dancing it is that you do in order to answer your question better.

But, for right now, no matter what type of dancing it is that you do, I would keep on practicing and ask your dance teacher or teachers to let you know how you are doing and ways that you can improve. Also, what he or she or they think of what you might do in the future concerning your dancing.

If you are in a school for dancing, it is probably for a formal type of dance like ballet, tap or ballroom. Those are the ones that I can think of right off the top of my head.

I would suggest seeing if there are any community theaters around where you live that are putting together a show where they might need dancers of your age. Getting involved in something like that will give you experience and you also might meet some people who are dancers who can give you some ideas concerning a possible career in it.

think of what kind of dancing you want to pursue and when you start doing it don't ever give up. it would be difficult but the result would be fantastic. all your hardwork will paid off if you persevere. if you want to be a professional dancer plus join the competitions you will have to work hard. set your priorities straight and remember to enjoy what you are doing
