I'm 12 and can't loosen up
I always get invited to parties and we always dance. The thing is that I can't loosen up when I dance because I think I will embarrass myself. Also usually a lot of my friends dance to hip hip but I am can't dance to it.. I love dancing to house and club remixes but I can't do hip hop! I want to learn hip hop and to loosen up.. Suggestions?

You already like to dance to some kinds of music. It is just another dance style to learn how to do and like any other way to dance, takes practice to learn how to do it.
I would suggest getting together with a friend who really knows how to dance in that style and practice with him or her.

Excellent idea above! When watching and imitating what you see on the videos, you might also want to get a big mirror and see how you look.

Hello, I have danced my whole entire life and I have done 5 years of hip hop. If you want to learn to dance this way you should enroll in a dance class or you could find out dance moves on the internet. A good website for this would be YouTube, just type in instructions to hip hop dance moves.

Enroll in hiphop class, or stretch a lot, it makes you lose. The main things that make you look stiff however, are your shoulders, hips, and feet, so remember to stretch those a lot. Shoulder rotations and such are good, for your hips, work on popping, and swinging, and feet, be light on them! (:

I think, if you like dancing to those types of music, stick to it, if that is what you truly like but otherwise, follow the others' directions.

How to loosen old plumbing
[ 1 Answers ]
We are trying to fix a running hot water faucet in an old apartment. We got the hot water turned off (with much difficulty) behind the tub, but no matter what we do (wrench, WD40, trying to scrape away the residue of years), we can not get the faucet to loosen up to replace the washer or the whole...
