Okay So As Long As Ive Been Dancing You`d Think I`d Be A Little Bit More Flexible Than I Am Right Now But Wrong . Yes I Have My Splits And Bow And Arrows And Elbow Stand But I Really Want To Get To My Chin Or Chest Stand Can Someone Give Me Some Tips Or Anything . It Will Be Greatly Appreciated <3
