Just wanted to know what are the most asked questions on customer services representative questions

It would depend on the type of customer service. If you work for a product based company then the questions might be more about the product and it's performance. If you work in a sales environment then the questions might be more about the their order or a return. If you are in a retail or food service environment then it might be about the level service provided. The problem is that there are so many different types of "customer service" jobs you would really need to narrow it down to get a targeted answer.
