HI All,

How may types of customers do you come across in the customer service industry?

well, i think you can assume that there are two types of people - those with money, and those without

More seriously, everyone is unique, and a good cusstomer service person needs to learn what makes people tick. That means working out what there problem is, and showing them how you can help solve it. Playing on their vanity is good too.
