Advertising Amazement

I've just read this on the BBC news website;

BBC NEWS | UK | Ban on rerun of eggs TV advert

and I'm stunned ...

How, in a world where companies can basically lie about how great their product is, can another complany not be allowed to show an advert saying that eating an egg a day is a good idea?

And why, oh why would 180 people complain about Monday night's episode of Eastenders?

BBC NEWS | Entertainment | Soap Caesarean scene criticised

Sure, it was scary, but holy - do people have nothing better to do!?

If you don't like it, DON'T WATCH IT! Aaaaaggggh!

(Sorry, I didn't get much sleep last night, so I'm tired and a little irratable! )

Oh, if only! Lol!

Fair play, complain about someone using the 'N' word (which I've just found out is in the second verse of 'The Sun Has Got His Hat On) on Big Brother, but come on!

There's been far worse on Eastenders before, I'm just wondering if they're going to have the balls to show it on the Sunday omnibus!?

It just winds me up!

Oh, and to link my two subjects;

How about all those people who complained about the KFC adverts, because the women were singing with their mouths full!? It was a rubbish advert, why not complain about that!

Oh, don't even get me started on rubbish adverts!

I love TV, I'm like an old biddy sometimes;

1730 - Ch4 - Paul O'Grady Show
1800 - Ch4 - Simpsons
1830 - Ch4 - Hollyoaks
1900 - Ch3 - Emmerdale
1930 - Ch1 / 3 - Eastenders / Corrie depending on the night
2000 - Ch1 / 3 - Eastenders / Corrie depending on the night
2030 - Ch3 - Second half of Corrie if it's a good night!
2100 - E4+1 - Friends
2130 - E4+1 - Friends
2200 - BBC3 - Eastenders again if it was a good episode!
2230 - Oooh, I'm feeling lucky - Hopefully Street Wars or Police Camera Action
2300 - BBC3 - Two Pints of Lager and a Packet of Crisps
2330 - BBC3 - Two Pints of Lager and a Packet of Crisps / Family Guy if it's on!

Oh, then I might go to bed!

That's why I hate Wednesdays! No Corrie or 'enders! Totally messes with my schedule! lol!

Ha ha! Nice!

So, do you want to kill Claire in Hollyoaks?

I think she's very good at acting that evil part, I really do despise her! Ha ha!

I know, I know - it's not real!
