    Hope for Republicans
I nearly lost faith in the Republican party during the whole tea party and debt crisis situations, but with Mitt Romney nearly certain to get the nomination, it looks like there may be hope for the party after all, nice to see voters coming to their senses. I think he could beat Obama, hope he picks Huntsman for his running mate.

I don't think he will pick Huntsman. It is helpful to him that he is getting support from elected Tea Party members like Senator Kelly Ayotte and Governor Nikki Haley .
But if he puts Huntsman on the ticket he will lose support of Republican conservatives and would likely open the door to a Ron Paul indepenent run.

Make no mistake about the NH primaries. They are not indicative of anything because NH Republics makes the same mistake that many states do... allow "independent " voters to vote in their party primary.

The thing I don't like from this week is that there are plenty of good reasons to both like and oppose Romney. But Newt and Perry decided to viciously attack him on one of the issues about Romney they should be supportive of... his record as a business man. You would've thought that Gingrich and Perry were sitting in Occupy tents with the over the top rhetoric that came out of their campaign.
I'm sure the Obots called the Newt camp and asked if they could use his Romney hit video on Youtube . It was a disgraceful performance by 2 desperate candidates who should just get out now!

Yes, Perry and the Newtster need to go home. Romney certainly doesn't excite me but I still think he'll be the guy, so these others who have no chance should stop playing whack-a-Mitt and see the bigger picture here. Obama needs to go down. Period.

Perry disappoints me frankly . As a pro-jobs growth Governor you would think he understands that in Capitalism there is occasional need for creative destruction.

Perry and Newt cite 2 companies that Baines dismantled and ignore the thousands of jobs it created while Romney was there ( like financing this little start up company called Staples ) .

Perry is a lot like Obama, he wants to win. He's never lost an election and he's losing big now so he's pulling out all the stops.
