Hillary's LBJ style campaign ad

Evita launched an LBJ type " daisy picking " ad against Obama for this weekend .

It’s 3am and your children are safe and asleep

But there’s a phone in the White House and it’s ringing

Something’s happening in the world

Your vote will decide who answers that call.

Whether it’s someone who already knows the world’s leaders, knows the military - someone tested and ready to lead in a dangerous world

It’s 3am and your children are safe and asleep

Who do you want answering the phone?

Of course her theme has been that Obama is not ready for prime time. Evita of course is and she showed it during the debate by correctly naming the new Russian successor to President Vladimir Putin -- Dmitry Medvedev(whatever) .

And the correct answer to the question "who do you want answering the phone ? " is John McCain.

She may as well do LBJ seeing as how the Slimes played up the assassination worries as Obama took the JFK route through Dealy Plaza to get to Reunion Arena. Can we have a bit more drama?

figures that a campaign that is all symbolism would choose to motorcade through Dealy Plaza. They really are playing up this possibility of assassination .Why is it news that a Presidential candidate is a target requiring increased security ? Honestly I think all that hype plants unnecessary seeds.

Did you catch Obama's own "Ringing" ad?

Meanwhile, the Huckster was in town again last Thursday. Yesterday his campaign invited me and at least one other friend to his rally...in Abilene 285 miles away. Gee, he couldn't invite me to the rally held less than a mile from my house? Is he geographically challenged?
