For all those who didnt vote

Sorry for the late comment, Ive been rather busy last week.

I however wasnt to busy to get out and vote.
Although I dont make practice of broadcasting who I voted for, I will say I was pleased with the outcome.

I wanted to come here and lecture to the non voters. My wife didnt vote, and she has already gotten it from me.

It was shaping up to be a very close race. The dems wont the house on a land slide. However the senate was up for debate. With two states that you never hear about on the news becoming the deciding factor, Montana and Virginia. I stayed up untill almost 2AM on election night watching the outcome.

With only 9,000 votes difference between Allen and Webb, I am impressed with how well Allen handled it, aswell as the state of Virginia, I am glad, and proud that we didnt have another Florida on our hands.

9,000 people, the population of a small town or city. If only 50-100 people from each county got out and voted, then the outcome could have been completley different.

What a facinating election. I wont hear any complaints from those non voters.

You know this is great point. I used to live with 5 other roommates and politics would always come up. Naturally it was me against the other 5 uniformed idiots (At least that's my view). Anyways after about a month of argueing I asked them who voted in the last election. Only one of the 5 had actually voted. I just looked at the four of them and said, "You are too never discuss politics with me again." People will complain and moan forever about politics yet they don't take the 10 minutes it takes to go vote.
