Will I still get charged?

I have alread recieved a violation for "Failure to be of good behavior". My PO threatened I could be charged with forgery - is that still coming? I was made aware of this December 22. What I am asking is - if I already got violated on "failure to be of good behavior" could I get violated again if I get convicted of something - even though its the same thing? Do I make any sense? Thanks

You could receive another violation. And then again, you could not. Some POs are fairly understanding if it pertains to the same behavior and some are not. I know it is not the best answer for you, but the PO has the ability to go either way. Some will tolerate more behavior and some will not. My sister-in-law's PO is so laid back it is amazing he keeps his job - nothing fazes him about the repeat offenses my sister-in-law does and she remains out and about. Go figure.

Hope it turns out well for you.
