    Will explain at interview, I can be bonded
    What does it mean when a person fills out an application and states that he/she has a felony, but can be bonded. What does bonded mean.

    If you are the employer and don't know what it means , don't worry since you don' require it. Many places of business, where the employee handles money esp, have their employees bonded, in case of theft or loss of funds. It protects the company from losses caused by that employee.

    Being bonded just means that the company that hire's you; has insurance to cover them while you're employed by them.
