who is going to answer me what is the different between a criminal records of sex offender,a killer,a drug dealer,a theft are this people are criminal also?,or is ok to have a neighbors who have done does thing living next to you and only if a sex offender is moving close to you ;you have the right to know, please we have to understand that crime is a crime.

You got allot of great answers on your questions. I am sorry that you did not like the answers. But the thing is that the sex offender laws came about because of political action groups, Megan laws and others because of bad things done to children,

This is done to keep sick people who abuse children and other sexual crimes known to those around, for their own protection, since they often do the crimes in their local area.
People who steal often don't do it in thier local area unless they live in higher crime areas where you expect it. And the drug addict does not normally harm your family.

And no crime is not a crime, there are some crimes more sick and depraved than others. I do agree killers need to be added to a list like sex offenders
