    What are the laws about where a rehabilitated child rapist can or cant go?
    A local youth and a youth friend went to a party with a young girl one grade younger. All drunk and the boys touched her inappropriately while she was passed out. Both convicted of rape. One boy in high school now. Served his time in a rehabilitation center for sex offenders and was released four months ago. He went with his parents recently and joined a YMCA locally. They went twice and then on the third visit, he was told he no longer was allowed to work out because of his status as a sex offender. Can this happen everywhere he goes? What restrictions are there on a registered juvenile sex offender?

    Yep.. he should know the restrictions... he was given them. You can look them up online... they vary by state.

    There is a reason underage children are referred to as jail bait. There is a saying, don't do the crime if you can't do the time. When he was released, his PO told him what restrictions he was under.
