What happens when you fail a UA for the first time?
I did 18 months in prison and have been on probattion for 3 years. All my fines have been paid. I have always had a full-time job. I've never missed a meeting or anything. I'm also going to college, never get into any trouble, have my own car apt etc. Its my last month on probation and I'm more than positive I failed my UA. MIND YOU I HAVE NEVER FAILED A UA BEFORE THIS. Will I go back to jail?
