I was sentenced to 3 years probation for a misd charge in Arizona/Maricopa County/Scottsdale City Court.
I was told by my probation officer that I could get off after 18 months.
My 18 months is up and my probation officer said she would not contest.
What do I need to do?
forms, motions, appearances.
Thanks in advance for your help.

Wore some pink underwear, didja??? Ha ha. Me too. Spent a year living in a tent in the Arizona sun. Got a nice tan, though.
I got off probation early, too. However, I can’t remember exactly how I did it. I do remember that it was nothing more than some bureaucratic stuff. Fact is, I had a lot of help from my PO. If your PO doesn’t know what to do, her supervisor will.
Need to have your attorney file a motion before the court. Your probation officer could do it but in Phoenix I doubt that will happen. Have your lawyer do it!
In the State of West Virginia, the probation officer types up an order for early release order and has the judge sign it. All you have to do is ask you PO if you can still be released early, provided all your court costs/restitution has been paid and you haven't violated any of the terms and conditions of your probation
