    I don't know about all the airports but if you were accused of something like that, that doesn't mean you are a terrorist but that could be a risk for certain airlines so that would be a question you should ask the airlines you want to take.

    Hello jan:

    They can have you on as many lists as they want for any reasons they want. It's when they DO something to you, based upon your appearance on a list, that MIGHT very well, be illegal.

    I will be honest I have no idea for sure what you are asking,

    You can normally still fly if you are merely accused, if they have a warrant for your arrest, most likely you will be stopped and picked up.
