What does an electronic disposition do for my case?

I have a theft charge in ohio from 2007....I never completed my probation terms and never went back to court,or was I ever picked up on a warrant.they sent me to collections ,which they have no record,and now I see they dispositioned information on my case to the BCI electronicly..just wondering what's going on?

Once you absconded, a warrant was issued for your arrest. It's NEVER going to die. I have NO idea what the stuff you're talking about means...
