Depends, what is it for, has the charges been dropped ?

I mean if there is a warrent by mistake it could happen, but often you have to at least appear in the court.

Either way you need to turn yourself in, and appear and let the attorney help you get back out

You were found innocent and the Court issued a warrant by mistake?

You are right, your spelling sucks

But if you have "proff" then turn yourself in and at the hearing you merely prove you are innocent.

Your proof is not worth anything until it gets in front of a judge

Right, your proof is meaningless until/unless a Judge says it has meaning.
