Warrant from TX, but im military in NC. Will i get arrested?

If you pay your fines the warrant will get lifted. If you don't, sadly enough, you'll probably get arrested when you get pulled over or something like that. My best advice would be to pay your fines or work something out with the courts in whichever county it is. Usually if you really show you want to take care of this (by making an attempt at paying it) they will be a lot nicer to you.

You need pay the fines or at least make a payment arrangement. Its unlikley the NC police will arrest you for outstanding traffic tickets, but its possible the Texas police will contact your commanding officer and you don't want that.

Ok, for a traffic warrant, this is what happens, they don't go looking for you, but if you are stopped the police check with texas and ask to see if they want to pay all the costs of bringing you back, and no of course they will not, if you were in OK near the TX border yes most likely they will.

But the interesting thing will be the military, since if you need a secrutiy clearance this will interfere with it, and they may require you to take care of it.

You can contact the court and see if they will allow you to pay fines and penalties with out showing up in person. But a warrant means just that to appear and face charges, and I know the courts where I worked would not have just let you pay the fines, after a warrant is issued.

But you should hire an attorney from that area to make the deal with the courts to try and settle it.
