Has paid none of her fines done no of her community hours. Paid only a few mounths of probation. And still using drugs. Will the judge lesson to me if I ask him for her to go to a in house treatment program? Or will they just renstate her. Her kids can even tell you where the drug dealers live.they are with me. But I want her in a rehab

Whatever she was originally sentenced to the Judge was trying to give her a break. Obviously she is not taking this as a "break" given to her. The Judge will make sure she is off the streets either locked up or in rehab. Rehab for some people does not work. Depends what she is hooked on and how the Judge feels rehab may or may not help her. Rehabs are pretty crowded these days so he just may send her to jail. You need to find her Final Disposition paperwork where the Judge sentenced her to probation, fines, etc. And that will contain his punishment for violating of probation. Judges like to make these little notations when the person is being sentenced so they don't have to remember if the person goes before them again for any violations. My guess is jail and not rehab. I don't think he'll pay attention to what you want but you can always try.
