    virginia probation transfer
    Hi
    I am in drug court in Roanoke VA. My partner lives in Nevada and I want to move there. Is it possible to move drug court from state to state?

    You can not move the trial, but it sounds as if you are already found guilty.

    Probation can be transferred, you need to talk to your PO. They will have rules, have you paid all your fines, if ordered to do any programs are they done.

    I have paid all fines and have completed my community service. I am in the exceptional category as well. I want this so much. I have asked but they say they are looking into it. I appreciate your help.

    They will have a formal procedure, you have the right to ask to see the procedure in their SOP ( standard operating procedure) or what ever they call them in your state. They may ( most likely is) a formal application you will need to fill out.
