My son had 10 years probation for del cont 4g-400g ,in Tarrant County, he has been good and keep up his Appt with PO never late and paying his fee on time never miss one payment and done for over 2 years ,couple month ago he got arrest for driving 15 miles on 55 because he was sleepy with the medicine he take, cop arrest him for DWI arrest was in Dallas county, i had bail him out from DWI jail and report to his PO telling her what had happen , we hired lawyer for DWI case but lawyer keep reschedule on his court date and DWI case still not settle ,now Tarrant County called him and ask to come and see his PO in Tarrant County (as we request because we leave in Dallas area so his PO was in Dallas too for all those years above) but when he show up at PO office they arrested him for violation of probation with no bond, we now have the lawyer setup bond but is so high is $100thousand bond, my question is if we bail him out and when he hearing dated can he be in jail again? Can the judge still give him probation? What will be happen to him? What should I do, I'm heart broken and I still treating Chemo for my cancer I can't bear see my son in there he 22 and he did learn his lesson before but his time on DWI is not his false , please help me give me some advice what should I need to do .. I moved your question to its own thread. You posted your question as a "answer" to someone elses post.

First normally they do not allow bail on probation violation, and to be honest unless you have the 100,000 to pay the court, you will have to spend over 10,000 to hire a bondsmen.
At the hearing, which should only be in a few weeks, will decide what happens anyway. They can sentence him to prison to serve the probation time in prison, or he may be put back on probation. The attoreny will do his best.

Personal opinion, let him set in jail, till the probation hearing.
