    Trying to expunge felony for burglury of habitat
    I was convicted in January of 2002 of burgulary of a habitat I have completed my sentence I got off parole in July of 2005 what steps do I need to take to have this charge expunged off my record (it was in texas)i have not had any leagle problems in about 5years even then the charges where petty misdamioners

    You have to wait a lot longer - sometimes up to 10 years before you can have something expunged. Also the fact you say you had "petty misdemeanors" since you completed your probation... then that boils down to NO, the expungement will not be granted as you've had more arrests and convictions since your original felony. Sorry.
