| First you will need to clear your conviction record if you need to clear something ( and I don't know what you need to clear and why) I don't know why that a 23 year old record would stop you from being in Canada.
But the court that sentenced you would have your conviction record. if you want that record cleared, you hire an attorney and petition the court to expunge your criminal history.
Your probation record would merley be a record of what happened while you were on probation, the court records would show you recieved probation and show the probation release date. I see no reason at all you should even be in contact witht he probatin department, they can't clear thier records and thier records are not what is checked for a criminal history. |
