theft under 5000

hi, so im not happy to admit this, but almost 2 yrs ago i got caught stealign at the bay, and had to do the diversion program. i didnt get charged i just had to do the diversion prgoram,
today i got caught stealing 15 dollars worth of stuff, :S i know STUPID. but anyways, im goign to school to be a teacher :S and im scared i mite get a record. what do you think the judge will do? do you think i will get charged?

You SHOULD get a criminal record this time.

But my opinion of Canadian judges is so low that nothing will surprise me.

Your best bet to avoid a criminal record is to hire a very good lawyer to take care of this for you.
