Divorcing while incarcerated

I live in Texas and my legal husband is incarcerated for a while and we have not been together since 2001 and I am in desperate need of a divorce and I was told it could happen for a little of nothing and especially being that we don't have any kids or property or nothing.

Very frankly, the last time you posted (in September) he was your fiance; now he's your husband and you've been married for a year.

I don't know which is the truth and I'm no one else does either. Very frustrating to volunteers who are trying to help.

Check divorceinfo.com, purchase the Texas package, fill in the blanks. Or hire an Attorney.

tiffb01 disagrees: I havenot been in a relationship with my husband in 8 years and the the one in September is who I am in a relationship with now, is it impossible to move on?
ballengerb1 agrees: Tiff you are misusing the rating system. You may not like an answer but that does not mean its inaccurate

Yes, I am sorry are you married to one inmate an wanting to marry another one ??

But anyway, if he will agree to sign the divorce paperwork, it can be done for a few 100 dollars normally, you can go to palces like
LegalZoom: Online Legal Document Services: LLC,Divorce,Wills,Incorporation & More or Legal Forms and Documents for your State - Legal Forms.com or a dozen other legal forms web site and get the paper work to file.

If he does not want to sign it will be harder and cost alot more

tiffb01 disagrees: I am in a relationship with one but he is no longer incarcerated but my legal husband is incarcerated and that is who I want to divorce and we have not been together in years.
ballengerb1 agrees: Tiff please read the rules regarding the rating system.
