contemp charge for violating a restraining order

hi, I Live in new jersey and I have a hearing coming up soon for contempt for violating a restraining order, I went back to the house so i am guilty, my question is, will I be fined, given probation, or jail time? I have no other criminal record. also if I am given probation and plan on moving out of state can I be granted a transfer of my probation to another state?

Hello jc:

There's no probation for civil contempt. I dunno what the judge is gonna do.

First never admit you are guilty, even if you are caught red handed make them prove it with evidence that can be proved in court.

Next it will be up to the judge.
