statute of limitations

how long till i cant get arested on an out of province warrent . im living in another province and i wanna go home fer a visit but i have warrents and i wanna know when the statute of limitations comes into effect

There is NO sol on a warrant.

The SOL applies to how long they can file charges.

If there is a warrant for your arrest, charges have been filed.

Meaning, once they catch you, you will go to trial.

2 years from now, 60 years from now, whenever.

Why don’t you just turn yourself in? Wouldn’t you feel better not running from the law?
